Maternity Super Store ships all orders to anywhere in Australia. All Australian orders include tracking information that will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched.
We work hard to find wonderful manufactures so we can offer a wide range of stylish products, this does mean your items may arrive separately , please allow 1-5 days processing due to high volumes of orders , Most orders are processed the same day .
We strive you get your parcel to you as quickly as possible ( 1-5 Days), sadly the post/courier drivers sometimes take a little long than they should which is totally out of our hands so we always allow a larger postage margin for your parcel to get to you- 2 to 18 business days for delivery arrival .- If it is super urgent give our shop a call on 07 3205 3837 , Our staff will pick your order over phone and dispatch same day for you.
Example -If you Purchase 3 items – They may arrive all as separate parcels –eg Your Maternity dress may be posted from Brisbane, your wooden Puzzle may be posted from Cairns , your Breastfeeding top may be posted from Perth if we have run out of stock in our retail shop ). Be patient -Your items are on there way and worth the wait. You can call the shop during business hours to check stock levels on any item on 32053837

On our website we accept PayPal , which also allows credit card payment without having a paypal account , Stripe or Zippay.
Returns & Exchange
If you are not 100% happy with any full priced item, you may return it within 7 days of receiving it for an exchange of a different size or different item,Customer is to cover all postage costs.
All items must be in their original, unworn, unwashed condition, All tags must be attached and in original undamaged packaging.
Please take care when trying on the item, as we are not able to accept returns with makeup stains ect.
If we deem the item not to be in perfect condition the item will simply be returned to the customer.
We do our best to thoroughly inspect all garments/items prior to shipping. In the rare event that a product is faulty please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org We will replace it with an identical item whenever possible. If the item is sold out you will be issued a refund.

By placing an order via this website you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions of sale. All orders placed via this website must be done in good faith, and are considered a promise to buy. All information you supply during the ordering process must be true and correct.
How We Charge- After you have submitted your order and paid for your order, we will send you a confirmation email containing your order details. If there are any errors or wrong details, let us know immediately , once an item has been dispatched it is out of the hands of maternity super store and the responsibility of the purchaser if an incorrect delivery address ,size or style has been ordered .
Pricing -All Prices quoted on the web page are current as of the date the product page was generated by our system. In case of a discrepancy between the product page price and the shopping cart price, the Shopping cart price at the time of order will take precedence, and will be the price applicable in the case that an order is placed. The prices listed on our shopping cart include all relevant taxes including G.S.T, but do not include shipping costs.
Shipping Costs are added as the customer proceeds through checkout, and are clearly visible before any customer information is required. All Prices are subject to change without notice. In the event that a product is displayed in error or a pricing error has occurred, we will cancel the order and notify the customer. Errors and omissions are excluded.
Delivery- Goods sold by Maternity Super Store are shipped within Australia via Australia Post, and the delivery area is limited to those areas serviced by Australia Post. The delivery time for each order is based on the availability time for the Product(s) + Shipping time. Shipping time varies from area to area, and can be anywhere up to 2- 12 working days within Australia .
In the event that an item ordered cannot be supplied , We shall send you an e-mail notifying you that the product is out of stock and provide an estimated time of arrival for delivery. A suitable alternative of the same value may be offered or we will credit your account using the same method by which payment was made – we made need to obtain these details from you.
If your order is found to be defective-Please contact us by email or phone, arrange to return the goods for exchange.
Any such claims must be made within 5 working days of receipt of products.
Refunds will not be given unless we are unable to supply the same goods in exchange.
Any freight costs incurred are not refundable and are the responsibility of the customer.
Maternity Super Store strongly suggests using a postage bag with tracking available such as Express Post or Registered Post. Maternity Super Store will not be responsible for any parcel sent by customer that is lost in transit or any items which does not have a tracking number.
Maternity Super Store does its best to ensure that all customers receive goods of top quality. However, in the situation where you believe that a garment may appear faulty, or hugely different from the description provided on the website, please contact the Sales Team immediately on (07) 3205 3837, and we will try to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
We will require the garment to be returned to us to be examined, and if the garment is correctly identified as faulty, the customer will be reimbursed . A receipt for the postage cost must be enclosed. No refunds will be issued for postage without a receipt.
